Child Safety and CSAM/CSAE Prevention Standards

Effective Date: July 5, 2026

At mymissingbaby.com, our sole mission is to assist families and law enforcement in safely locating missing children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child exploitation, abuse, or harm.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAM/CSAE

We strictly prohibit the upload, transmission, or sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Any user attempting to upload such material will be permanently banned immediately, and all relevant data will be preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.

2. Content Moderation

All user-submitted reports, descriptions, and photos of missing children are thoroughly reviewed and verified before becoming publicly visible. We use automated filters and manual human moderation to ensure that no inappropriate, malicious, or exploitative content is published on our platform.

3. Reporting Inappropriate Content

If you believe any content on our platform violates child safety guidelines, or if a listing is fraudulent, please contact our designated safety point of contact immediately at anurag582272@gmail.com. We review and act upon all safety reports within 24 hours.
